Your first 3 months journey with us
Month
Think of this as the first date. We’ll spend time understanding your business in detail and identifying if we’re a good fit. Once both parties are happy, we’ll complete all the admin tasks to get you onboarded.
It’s easy, quick and painfree. We deal with all of this, and minimal action is needed from your end.
Month
We’ll know how your business operates by now, so we’ll look into how we can improve processes, implement and transition into new software and create a finance function that is fully automated and efficient!
We will talk about the long-term goals of your business and how we can support you on this journey.
Month
All the data audit, cleansing and software implementation should be done by now. We’ll look at creating process notes, tailor dashboards to management requirements and concentrate on the long-term relationship we will build.
We hold quarterly feedback sessions so we can improve and evolve our engagement to best suit your style of working.
